Bookings

By submitting a booking, the customer confirms that the information provided is accurate and required for providing the service and issuing invoices.

A booking is confirmed after the service provider confirms it by email. If the selected time or service is unavailable, we will contact the customer to agree on an alternative.

Prices and payment

Prices shown on the website are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. For larger groups and special requests, the final price may depend on the agreed service scope.

Payment is made using the payment methods shown on the website or by invoice by separate agreement. When using a payment service provider, that provider's terms also apply.

Service and safety

Sailing services take place at the agreed time and place, subject to weather, port requirements, and the captain's safety assessment.

The service provider and captain may postpone, change the route of, or cancel a trip when required for safety. The customer must follow the captain's instructions throughout the service.

Cancellations and changes

The customer can request changes or cancellation by email or phone. A refund or new time depends on the cancellation time, preparation costs, and agreement between the parties.

If the service is cancelled due to the service provider or weather conditions affecting safety, we will offer a new time or refund the paid amount.

Liability

The service provider is liable for proper provision of the service to the extent required by Estonian law.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of information provided for themselves and accompanying passengers, arriving on time, and following the captain's safety instructions.

Dispute resolution

Disputes are primarily resolved by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, Estonian law applies.

Consumers may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority.
